An incentive. An expense reimbursement. An allowance for a specific activity. The useful question starts with what the payout is for, and which instructions actually apply.
Independent education for non-payroll recipients. No card services, private-record review or program approval.
PRACTICE, THEN ASK
A better question travels further.
Try broad circumstances and build a short list of questions. The tool uses no amounts, names, receipts, card details or real program records.

Put your question into words
Choose broad circumstances to see general questions about a non-payroll payout. These categories cannot identify your program, establish eligibility or approve spending. No real records are needed.
No names, amounts, card details, receipts or free text. Choices stay in current page memory and are not sent or saved by this tool. Your browser may restore page state.
Choose broad circumstances, then build a question list. Nothing is connected to a real program.
Read a fictional question list without the tool
A fictional participant expects a reimbursement, finds no clear explanation of partial coverage and needs instructions in a different format. A useful set of questions could be:
Which expense and period does this reimbursement cover, and which program rule establishes that scope? A reimbursement label alone does not explain which purchases qualify.
Where can I read the applicable condition, its effective date and any exception that applies? Ask for clarification before treating a missing condition as permission.
Does the partial payout represent an excluded item, a separate review or a different definition of the expense? Ask for a scope explanation without assuming an unpaid entitlement.
Can the program provide the relevant instructions in an accessible format or another communication channel? You can describe the barrier without sharing a medical diagnosis.
Who can answer this program-purpose question, what issue remains open and what response would close it? Record the answer's scope; this example cannot determine your actual eligibility or a card outcome.
For an incentive, ask about qualifying activity; for an allowance, ask what the allowance is intended to cover. If circumstances change, ask whether the source-program instructions change too. These are editorial prompts, not Corpay procedures or approval to spend.
TWELVE CHAPTERS / SIX ORIGINAL DIAGRAMS
Read for the missing explanation.
Each chapter handles one recipient question, with a fictional example and a practical way to narrow what still needs an answer.
The official Corpay Prepaid overview says Fintwist is now Corpay Prepaid. It distinguishes PayCard wages from FlexCard incentives, reimbursements and other non-payroll disbursements, depending on the program. Corpay’s FlexCard page also names per diem and contractor payments as examples of its marketed uses.
Those public descriptions do not identify your payout or establish its conditions. This publication focuses on the recipient’s explanation of purpose, not a card’s balance, activation, fees or transaction state. Use the instructions that apply to your actual program.
